    We offer both virtual and in-person sessions to fit your life.

    Virtual: Log in from wherever you are—home, office, or anywhere private. All sessions are HIPAA-compliant and secure. Available in IL, NC, TX, and OH.  For the best experience, find a quiet space where you can speak freely without distractions.

    In-Person: Meet us at our Chicago-area and Schaumburg office for face-to-face sessions in a warm, welcoming space.

    Wherever you choose, your privacy and comfort come first.

    Therapy shouldn't require a commute. Our virtual sessions bring quality care to you—whether you're at home, in your car on lunch break, or anywhere you have privacy and a stable internet connection.

Your first session is about getting to know you—your history, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you're hoping to work on. We'll create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs.

A space to process, explore, and work through what's on your mind—whether that's anxiety, burnout, cultural identity, relationships, or just figuring things out.
